Discovering Lean-Six Sigma a few years ago meant a certain restart of my career. I felt strongly connected to the DMAIC roadmap, a powerful project-based improvement approach, designed for problem solving and improving performance indicators.
I followed this path of Lean-Six Sigma through different employers, building expertise in continuous improvement and operational efficiency. In 2013 I became an independent Management Consultant, supporting various organisations from different sectors such as automotive, banking & insurance, metal and pharmaceutical.
I strongly believe in 'better quality and service' as a competitive differentiator. That is why I see it as my personal mission to 'organise differently or better', and thus to achieve a stronger customer-oriented performance.
It is my drive to solve puzzles - clarify and streamline -, applying analytical and problem solving capabilities. Unravelling, evaluating, quantifying and organizing are important personality traits. I apply a methodical and fact-based approach (DMAIC), ensuring sustainable results.
